Digital reports are delivered by email as a PDF, usually within a few minutes of payment, and are always available to download from My Account → Orders. Nothing is shipped for a digital report.
Printed books are shipped within India only, by courier, to the address you give at checkout. Shipping is included in the price.
Each book is printed to order. Please allow 7–10 days from payment for delivery; remote areas can take a little longer. We share the courier name and tracking number by email once the book is dispatched. The PDF is emailed to you immediately, so you can start reading straight away.
Please make sure the address, PIN code and phone number are correct; the courier may call before delivery. If a parcel is returned because of a wrong address or because nobody was available, re-shipping may be charged.
If your book arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.
