Every report is generated specifically from your birth details and delivered to you within minutes of payment. Because a personalised digital product cannot be returned, digital reports are not refundable and cannot be cancelled once payment is made.

If you entered the wrong birth time, correct it yourself, free, once per order, from My Account → Orders. The report is rebuilt and emailed again automatically. The date and place of birth cannot be changed after the report is made.
A printed book order includes the digital report, which is emailed to you immediately after payment, plus the printed hardcover copy.
Cancellation is possible only until the book has been sent for printing. Once printing has started, the order cannot be cancelled.
If you cancel in time, we refund the amount you paid minus the price of the digital report, because the digital report has already been delivered to you:

If a discount was applied to your order, the refund is worked out on the amount you actually paid. If your book arrives damaged, write to us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and we will send a replacement at no cost.
